Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order for free while it is in the Placed state (before the vendor has accepted it).

Once the vendor confirms your order, cancellation is no longer self-serve. Please contact support via the Help Centre chat or call our support line and a team member will assist you.

Refunds

• Free cancellation (Placed state): Full refund within 3–5 business days.
• Support-handled cancellation: Refund eligibility is reviewed case-by-case.
• Delivered orders: Refunds are not available for completed deliveries unless there is a quality issue.

To cancel, go to Orders → select your order → Cancel order.
