My order had a problem. What do I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Here is how to get help:

  1. Go to Orders → select the affected order → Report an issue.
  2. Choose the issue type: missing item, wrong order, food quality, delivery problem, or other.
  3. Add photos if helpful (up to 3 images).
  4. Submit — a support agent will respond within 2 hours.

For urgent issues, use the SOS / Safety button on the order screen to reach our support team immediately.
