How do I track my order?

Once your order is accepted by the vendor:

  1. Go to Orders in the bottom navigation.
  2. Tap your active order.
  3. You will see a live map showing the rider's location once they have been dispatched.

You will receive push notifications at each stage: - Vendor confirmed — your food is being prepared - Rider assigned — a rider is on the way to the vendor - Out for delivery — the rider has picked up your order - Delivered — your order has arrived
