Onboarding guide for new Fastro delivery riders.
Download the Fastro app and choose I am a rider during sign-up.
You will need to submit: - Government-issued photo ID (NIN slip, international passport, or driver's licence) - A selfie for face matching - Your vehicle details (bike/motorcycle registration) - Emergency contact (name, phone, relationship)
Verification takes up to 48 hours on business days. You will be notified when your account is approved.
Once approved, tap Go online in the app. You will start receiving delivery requests in your area.
When an order is assigned to you, you have 30 seconds to accept. If you do not respond, the order is offered to another rider. After 4 riders decline the system escalates to admin.
