How does the SOS emergency button work?

If you feel unsafe or are in an emergency while on a delivery, press the SOS button in the app. This immediately:

• Alerts the Fastro operations team with your GPS location
• Flags your active order for urgent review

The button is on the main screen and the order detail screen — you can reach it in one tap.

The SOS button is never blocked regardless of your order state or account history.

### False alarms If you trigger SOS by accident, please inform the support team immediately so they can stand down. Repeated false alarms (3 or more in a 7-day window) will be noted on your account for verification purposes — this does not block you from using SOS or delivering orders.
