How do I set up my vendor account?

Step 1 — Register

Download the Fastro app and choose I am a vendor during sign-up. Provide your business name, category, and contact details.

Step 2 — KYC verification

You will be asked to upload: - A government-issued ID (NIN slip, international passport, or driver's licence) - A CAC registration certificate (if registered) - A clear photo of your store front or preparation area

Verification takes up to 48 hours on business days.

Step 3 — Set up your menu

Once verified, go to Store → Menu to add your items. For each item provide: name, description, price (in ₦), category, and a photo.

Step 4 — Go live

Set your store as Open and you will start receiving orders. Make sure your store hours are configured correctly under Store → Settings → Hours.
