When and how do I get paid?

Fastro processes vendor payouts weekly every Monday at 02:00 WAT.

Your payout is calculated as:

Payout = Order subtotal − Platform commission (15%) + Delivery fee collected

To receive payouts, add your bank account details under Account → Payout settings. Funds are sent via direct bank transfer and typically arrive within 1 business day.

If you have a question about a specific payout, go to Account → Payout history to see a breakdown.
