How do I receive and manage orders?

When a new order arrives you have 5 minutes to accept or reject it. If you do not respond within 5 minutes the order is automatically cancelled and the customer is refunded.

### Accepting an order 1. A loud alert sounds and the order appears in your Orders screen. 2. Review the items and tap Accept. 3. Prepare the items and tap Ready for pickup when done. 4. A rider will be dispatched to collect.

### Rejecting an order If you cannot fulfil the order (e.g., item out of stock), tap Reject and select a reason. The customer is automatically notified and refunded.

### Order states | State | Meaning | |-------|---------| | Placed | Customer paid, awaiting your acceptance | | Vendor confirmed | You accepted — prepare the food | | Ready | Food is ready, rider is being dispatched | | Rider assigned | Rider is en route to you | | Picked up | Rider collected the order | | Delivered | Customer received the order |
