Community Guidelines

Fastro is a community of customers, vendors, and riders working together. These guidelines define the standards of conduct we expect from everyone on the Platform.

Respectful communication

Prohibited items

The following may not be ordered or delivered on Fastro:

Vendors listing prohibited items will have their accounts suspended (see R-ADM-09).

Photo and description accuracy

Vendors must ensure: - Menu photos accurately represent the item served. - Descriptions do not contain misleading health or nutritional claims. - Prices match what is charged at point of collection.

Platform integrity

Enforcement

Violations are reported via the in-app Report function (R-SFS-05) or by contacting support. Depending on severity: - First offence (minor): Warning - Repeated or serious offence: Temporary suspension - Severe violation (fraud, violence, illegal items): Permanent ban and referral to law enforcement

Appeals can be made via support within 14 days of a suspension.
