These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fastro platform ("Platform") operated by Fastro Technologies Ltd ("Fastro", "we", "us").

By using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria to use Fastro. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@fastroapp.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Orders and payments

• Customers pay the order subtotal plus the vendor's flat delivery fee.
• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦).
• Payment is processed via Paystack's secure payment infrastructure.
• Orders are between the customer and the vendor. Fastro facilitates but is not a party to the sale of goods.

4. Cancellations and refunds

• Customers may cancel orders for free while the order is in the Placed state.
• After vendor confirmation, cancellation is support-only.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

5. Platform commission

Fastro charges vendors a platform commission of 15% of the order subtotal. This is deducted before vendor payouts.

6. Prohibited conduct

Users must not: - Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose - Provide false information during registration or KYC - Harass, threaten, or harm other users - Attempt to circumvent Platform security or fees - Order or deliver prohibited items (see Community Guidelines)

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Fastro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you in-app 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
